Area of Expertise

Mr. Belliveau has been engaged throughout career in Florida, beginning in 1981, primarily in inspection of improved property of all types (commercial, industrial, and residential).  He has performed over 4,000 inspections including roofing, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety, environmental, and ADA.  He has appeared as expert witness in construction litigation in Dade and Hillsborough County Courts.  He has also conducted seminars for engineers and layman on inspection and construction of commercial and residential construction.
