Mr. Alejandro Mardones brings more than 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering, including, considerable experience in Construction Management and Inspection, Subsurface Utility Engineering, design of residential buildings, water, sewage and storm drainage systems and water pumping facilities. He has additional experience in project management, cost control, quality control and quality assurance. Mr. Mardones is proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Autodesk Land Desktop, and CAiCE Visual Transportation.

- City of Atlanta 203,000 linear feet of watermain replacement project, including, DTM (3D Digital Terrain Modeling)

- Processed Water, Sewer and Drainage As-Built, Topographic Surveys of Canals and Roads for DERM, MDWASD.
- Subdivision Plats, Boundary Surveys, Specific Purpose
- Performed structural, electrical and plumbing design and Energy Calculation on residential additions and renovation. Performed inspection and run permits.
- Involved in H-J Utility & Pavement Project -Dade County Aviation Department (DCAD) This project included the design of approximately 250,000 s.f. of airfield pavement, utility installation, filling of canal areas, and drainage installation, in charge of the inspections of the construction site as a representative of Edwards and Kelcey. - This project, located on the Miami International Airport, included the drafting and design of pavement, utilities and maintenance of traffic, along with the permitting and inspections of the construction site, extensive coordination with the airport terminal utilities and various other disciplines were required.
- Design and drafting of the Storm Water Collection System and the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the Port of Miami.
- Performed inspections of QNIP (Quality Neighborhoods Initiative Program) for Safe Route to School (SRTS) Concrete Sidewalk, Arterial Resurfacing roadway, Arterial local drainage for Miami-Dade Public Works Department.
- Processed survey data of sidewalks existing conditions. Prepared requisitions of work orders.
- Performed supervision of QNIP sidewalk, roadway, asphalt, concrete drainage for Miami-Dade Public Works Department. Inspected milling, stripping, cleaning-up drainage, raising valves and manholes on public work roads.
