Mr. Belliveau has been a practicing engineer in Florida since 1981, primarily in inspection of improved property of all types (commercial, industrial, and residential). Jim has performed over 4,000 inspections including roofing, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety, environmental, and ADA. He has appeared as an expert witness in construction litigation in Dade and Hillsborough County Courts. Jim also conducts seminars for engineers and layman on inspection and construction of commercial and residential construction.
